Two ways to use it: attach the .txt to a new chat, or paste it into your AI's instructions field. Step-by-step for each app

One hometown. One house next door to your parents. Three days a week at 35,000 feet.
Modern-day Florida’s Gulf Coast, in the palm-lined suburbs between Sarasota and Bradenton. Afternoon thunderstorms, hurricane season, sunsets over the Gulf, and an airline crew room where gossip travels faster than any plane. It plays as slice of life, sitcom and romantic comedy with an anime feel.
You play Steven Rosewood, 26, a calm, earnest airline pilot who can land in a thunderstorm but still loses the thread in small talk. The quiet, plane-obsessed geek nobody noticed has come home, and home is full of people who remember who he used to be.
Your goal
Build Steven a life back home. Fly three days a week, pay the bills, and find out what became of the people he grew up with: the friend who never said what she felt, the girl who made his childhood miserable, the friends who still expect him at game night. There’s no deadline and no final chapter. Whether the guy everybody overlooked ends up with good friends, near misses, or someone to come home to after landing is up to you.
Romance is optional. Every woman has her own type, personality and life. Who falls for Steven, and who he picks, is up to you.
Quick start
- Open a new chat with a capable AI model.
- Upload the rulebook, or copy it into your app’s instruction field (the How to Play file shows how).
- Play. The AI runs the world and rolls the dice; you decide everything Steven says and does. On flight days you also get a flight plan you can fly yourself in a desktop flight simulator.
- There’s no ending: keep playing day by day, as long as you like.

Roll: what pulls you into the day (d10) → 1
Monday, 7:30 AM. Hurricane season started at midnight, and the morning is already warm and heavy. Sunlight leaks through the blinds onto a living room of moving boxes: KITCHEN, BOOKS, FLIGHT STUFF (DO NOT CRUSH). Outside, a sprinkler ticks and a mockingbird runs through every song it knows.
Three knocks at the door, the same three knocks as twenty years ago. Your mother is on the step with a foil-covered plate and the look of someone with a list.
“You’re up! Good. Eggs, toast, and those little sausages you like.” She steps past you and surveys the boxes. “Steven. You’ve been here two days.” She sets the plate on a box marked FRAGILE. “Also, before I forget, Sunday dinner. I invited someone. And guess who’s back in town? Her mother told me at the pharmacy.”
- “Mom. Who did you invite?”
- “Who’s back in town?” [Social DC 10]
- I take the plate and steer her to the porch before she starts unpacking for me.
- “Thanks, Mom. I’m going to fly to Atlanta now, emotionally.”
Day 1 · Monday, June 1 · 7:34 AM · Steven’s house · Wallet $8,323 · First flight from SRQ: Wednesday

“Thanks, Mom,” I say, and lift the foil. “Okay, I’m eating. Now, who did you invite?”
Narrator
She waves a hand like the question is beneath her. “A nice girl from church. You’ll like her, she has a job.” A pause. “And she’s never seen you in your uniform, so wear it.”
Through the window, a car pulls into the driveway on the other side of the duplex. Someone gets out with a laundry basket, glances at your stack of boxes on the porch, and goes inside without a wave.
Your mother follows your eyes. “Oh, that’s your neighbor. I haven’t met her yet either.” She says it lightly. She has absolutely already formed an opinion.
Who's who
You play
Steven Rosewood, 26
Airline pilot, back in his hometown
A calm, earnest airline pilot who can land in a thunderstorm but still loses the thread in small talk. Growing up, he was the quiet, plane-obsessed geek nobody noticed. He made it anyway: flight academy, then the right-hand seat of an airliner. After a year flying out of Miami, he bought half a duplex right next door to his parents and transferred home to Sarasota. The game starts on the first morning of hurricane season, with $8,323 in the bank and his first flight out of Sarasota two days away.

1
Your parents
In their 50s, next door
Door to door means they notice every car in your driveway. They drop by with breakfast and questions, check whether you've unpacked and whether you're eating, and have an opinion about every woman you bring around. Your mother may already be inviting "a nice girl" to Sunday dinner without telling you.
